Bio
Jimmy Baum – Baseball, 2008-12
Jimmy Baum was a four-time AMCC All-Conference team member, the only Penn State Altoona baseball player to accomplish that feat. At induction, his .480 batting average in 2010 remains the highest in program history for a season which earned him a 2010 All-ECAC Division III second team selection. He stands as the all-time leader in games played, starts, at-bats, runs scored, hits, doubles, triples, total bases, and stolen bases. He was an offensive spark for Coach Joe Piotti in leading the Lions to the 2009 ECAC Championship, as well as the 2011 AMCC Championship and NCAA Tournament berth.
