Bio

Tony Petulla – Baseball, 2005-08

Tony Petulla was a two-time AMCC Player of the Year in both 2005 and 2006. He followed that as the 2008 Penn State Altoona Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year. At the time of induction, Petulla holds the all-time program records for batting average, slugging percentage, and on-base percentage while being in the top five in triples, home runs, and total bases. He was a three-time first-team All-AMCC selection for Coach Joe Piotti. In 2008, Petulla earned selection to the ESPN the Magazine Academic All-American Team, with a GPA over 3.2 and achieving significant contributions to the team's success.
