Lions’ Riscica Earns All-America Scholar Recognition
NORMAN, Okla. – Penn State Altoona men's golf's Nicky Riscica (Newtown, PA/Council Rock North) was named to the 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars list on Tuesday, when the Golf Coaches Association of America announced the academic recognition.
Riscica, who is entering his junior year this fall, was a first-team All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference selection for the Penn State Altoona men's golf team last season and averaged 77.0 per round in 2024-25. He also picked up Peak Performer status on the AMCC's Academic All-Conference team and was named to the College Sports Communicators' NCAA Division III Academic All-District team.
201 NCAA Division III athletes from 77 schools earned 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors.
