2024-25: Played in 16 matches in his junior season with the Penn State Altoona men’s tennis team…was voted to the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference team at both No. 3 singles and No. 3 doubles…in singles play, went 13-3 overall, including a perfect 6-0 mark in the AMCC…was 2-1 at the No. 2 singles position and 11-2 at No. 3…posted a 10-4 overall record in doubles matches, going 4-2 in the AMCC…was 2-0 at No. 1 doubles, 4-4 at No. 2, and 4-0 at No. 3…named the AMCC Player of the Week on Mar. 17…earned a spot on the AMCC Academic All-Conference team.

2023-24: Competed in all 16 matches during his sophomore campaign with the Penn State Altoona men’s tennis program…was voted to the first team of the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference squad in both No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles…played all of his singles matches at the No. 3 position, where he went 12-3 overall and 6-0 in the AMCC…competed in the No. 2 spot for all of his doubles matches, going 12-4 overall and 5-1 in the AMCC…named the AMCC Player of the Week on Apr. 15…earned a spot on the Academic All-Conference teams for both the AMCC and the Atlantic East Conference.

2022-23: Played in all 18 matches during his freshman season with the Penn State Altoona men’s tennis program…was voted to the second team of the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference squad in both No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles…posted an 11-4 overall record in singles play, including a 5-2 mark against AMCC opponents…was 2-1 in No. 2 singles and 9-3 in No. 3 singles…compiled an 11-7 record in doubles matches, including going 5-3 in the AMCC…went 2-2 in No. 1 doubles while being 9-5 in the No. 2 spot…earned a spot on the AMCC’s Academic All-Conference team as a Peak Performer.

High School: Three-year letter winner in tennis (2020, 2021, 2022)...was an all-conference selection in 2021 and 2022...was a 2022 District V doubles champion and singles runner-up.

Personal: Son of Ashley and Steven Beard...majoring in Elementary Education.
